WITHIN AUSTRALIA

 STANDARD METRO DELIVERY Authority to leave — $5 
Recommended if there is clear access your property and there is somewhere suitable to leave a package out of weather. By selecting this option, the receiver takes responsibility for any loss or damage to the package once it has been delivered.  (PO Box addresses not available with this option.)

STANDARD METRO DELIVERY Signature required  — $9
If no one is present to sign for the delivery, a card will be left with details for where the parcel can be collected within five days, usually your closest newsagent. If the parcel is not collected within five days it will be returned to Ms BROWN and additional delivery costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
 (PO Box addresses not available with this option.)

PARCEL POST — rate calculated at checkout
Delivery using the Australia Post network. PO Boxes or street addresses available. Best for regional and remote areas. Rates are determined by Australia Post according to order weight and delivery location. 

TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped you will receive a notification via e-mail with tracking information for your parcel. Please note, tracking information may not be available until after 6pm on day of shipment. Orders can be tracked by following the link within the email or here via Sendle and Australia Post

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days of the order being placed. If an order is placed on a weekend or Australian public holiday, your order will be processed the next available business day. Delivery times are Monday - Friday during business hours.

INTERNATIONAL
Shipping costs are determined by weight and location and will display at checkout.
Delivery times will vary depending on a customer's geographical location. Local import duties or taxes vary by country and are out of our control. As the recipient, you are liable for these charges based on the country you are shipping to. If unsure, please check with your local customs authority in regard to any fees or regulations relating to import of our products.

RETURNS
Ms BROWN will accept returns if for some reason you are not happy with your purchase or the item arrives damaged or faulty. If in the unlikely event of an order being damaged in transit, please get in contact with us at customercare@msbrownstore.com within seven days, with a photograph showing the state the parcel arrived in.
