AUSTRALIA

Ms BROWN ships from Sydney with Australia's first carbon-neutral delivery service, Sendle and Australia Post.

Standard - signature on delivery*  — $5
If no one is present to sign for the delivery a card will be left with details for where the parcel can be collected (usually your closest newsagent or post office) within five days.

Standard - approval to leave* — $5
Recommended only if there is clear access your property and there is somewhere suitable to leave a package out of weather.  By selecting this option, the receiver takes responsibility for any loss or damage to the package once it has been delivered.

Express Post - Next Day Delivery* — $15
Express parcels will be posted with Australia Post's Express Post service.  Australia Post guarantees next business day delivery for parcels posted within the Express Post network that meet the Express Post service and location conditions.  Australia Post's Express Post service covers 80% of Australian business addresses, private addresses and Post Office Boxes.  Click here for more details. Parcels will be left in a suitable place at your address, otherwise a card will be left and the parcel can be collected from your local post office.

 

INTERNATIONAL

New Zealand  — Ms BROWN is now shipping to New Zealand * for a flat rate of $15 per order, with tracking.

International Standard Shipping*  — is now available for a flat rate of $40 per order, with tracking and signature on delivery.

*Delivery times will vary depending on customer's geographical location. Local import duties or taxes vary by country and are out of our control. As the recipient, you are liable for these charges based on the country you are shipping to. If unsure, please check with your local customs authority in regard to any fees or regulations relating to import of our products.


TRACKING

All orders are  processed within one business day.  If an order is placed on a weekend or public holiday your order will be processed the next business day. 

Once your purchase has been shipped you will receive a notification via e-mail with tracking information for your parcel. Please note, tracking information may not be available until after 6pm on day of shipment.  

Delivery times are Monday - Friday during business hours.

RETURNS

Ms BROWN will gladly accept returns if for some reason you are not happy with your purchase or the item arrives damaged or faulty. Please get in touch with us at customercare@msbrownstore.com and we'll be happy to help you.
